I already mention that I'm also a movie person. But, I also like to write. Combine them together, I become a movie person and someone who like to rants about movies and the experience I have when I'm watching movies or series and other cinematic arts. I mean, it's not hard to conclude that, right?
Anyway, since I like to rant about movies, books, music, and other things, one of the things I like to do is reading and/or listening to other people's rant about the thing I have watched, read, and listen to. You might ask why am I torturing myself and wasting my time with that kind of activity? Well, why, because I like to enhance the experience because you know I have no people in real life that I can actually ask to join me ranting on those things. That might sound sad but it wasn't actually because I enjoy contemplating with my own thoughts. You know, alone. Not that I can't help it. But. I literally have no one to talk about that stuff around me.
Back to my point, I actually like to read movie/series review to see what other people think about them. And, one of my personal favourite movie critics is Richard Brody. He usually writes reviews for The New Yorker and I manage to devour his review during breakfast, and recently he writes an article kind of a list of summary of the 2020's 36 movies worth watching. And what surprises me is, I haven't seen every single one of them.
So, what I gonna do is, I will make a post for each movie on that list. I'm trying to watch all 36 of it before the end of the year. Thus, there will be 36 posts for every movie I watch with me ranting on them.
Stay tuned.
Or whatever.
